is a unique reporting system made specifically for the Property Management Industry.

REPORTRACK is a web-based system that allows the client to view and archive all their security reports for a five year period. The security professional uses an electronic device to input his observations by scanning barcodes located throughout the property.

Emegency Supplies

Universal has become a vendor for emergency supplies. We offer a variety of supplies for all levels of preparedness, from simple first aid kits to search and rescue supplies. We have provided customized emergency kits with our client's logo on them as well.

Our Staff

Our staff maintains a very close liaison with federal and local law enforcement, fire officials and other emergency personnel. Many of our instructors and managers are former law enforcement members. In addition, we maintain membership in the National Fire Protection Association, Private Sector Terrorism Response Groups, ASIS International, BOMA and IREM. Our members sit on various emergency preparedness committees and participate in response development for these groups.
