Bringing over 16 years of security industry experience to the company, Louis Boulgarides has been with Universal Services of America for over a decade. Mr. Boulgarides started as a Regional Vice President with Universal Protection Service, overseeing the downtown Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley branches, before taking over as leader of the Universal Protection Security Systems team in January of 2008. Mr. Boulgarides received his BS degree from USC in 2001 and his MBA from Cal Poly Pomona in 2007. Mr. Boulgarides possesses a High Rise Certificate of Fitness from the Los Angeles Fire Department and received his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International in 2006.
