Exception: If
your name includes a suffix after your last name, such
as junior, senior, III, or IV, your login would appear

Password: universalpro (Use
lower case letters)
Turn

have your speakers turned on when viewing the e-learning
material, as it is necessary for you to see the information
as well as hear it. You
will not be able to move to the next slide until the
